At a meeting of ex-members of the Antrim Fortress Coy (R.E.) held in the Drill Hall, Great Victoria Street, Belfast, to consider the formation of an association, the following officers were elected:-

President: Major J Maynard Sinclair M.P.
Vice Presidents: Lieut-Colonel Byers, Lieut-Colonel Glendinning, Lieut-Colonel Breene, Major Orr, Major Clark
Chairman: Mr N. Cross
Secretary: Mr W. McIntyre
Treasurer: Mr S. Connolly
Committee: Messrs H. Glendinning, H. Peden, T. Ferris, R. Long, J. Rice


Members of Antrim Company form association

Former members of the Antrim Fortress Company, Royal Engineers, decided in Belfast on Monday night to form as association.

Major J. Maynard Sinclair, Minister of Finance, who presided, was elected president; Lieutenant Colonel Byers, Lieutuenant Colonel Breen, Major Orr and Major Clark were elected vce-presidents; and Mr N. Cross and Mr W. M'Intyre were elected secretary and treasurer respectively.
